Pakalpojumu sniegšanas noteikumi
Visas RTU veikalā pieejamās preces ir aplūkojamas klātienes veikalā jeb šovrūmā Āzenes ielā 12 (iepretim administratoram) vai RTU e-veikalā shop.rtu.lv
Individuālajiem pircējiem
- Izvēlēto preču pasūtījumu un apmaksu var veikt tikai e-veikalā shop.rtu.lv (klātienē patlaban šādas iespējas nav).
- Pasūtījuma apstrāde un sagatavošana izsniegšanai notiek 3-5 darba dienu laikā pēc maksājuma saņemšanas.
- Kad savā e-pastā saņemsi paziņojumu par pasūtījuma saņemšanu, dodies uz Āzenes ielu 12 pie administratora. Nosaucot pasūtījuma veicēja vārdu un uzvārdu, saņemsi attiecīgo pasūtījumu.
- Ja vēlies, lai pasūtījums tiktu sagatavots ātrāk, aicinām iesūtīt maksājuma uzdevumu suveniri@rtu.lv.
RTU struktūrvienībām
- RTU struktūrvienības nelielos apjomos (ne vairāk kā 10 viena veida vienības) var pasūtīt reprezentācijas materiālus no Kultūras un sporta centra, rakstot uz suveniri@rtu.lv.
- Apmaksa – caur savstarpējo norēķinu iesniegumu RTU apstiprinātajā kārtībā.
All products available in the RTU Shop can be viewed either in person at the showroom located at Āzenes Street 12 (opposite the administrator’s desk) or online at the RTU e-shop: shop.rtu.lv
For Individual Customers
- Orders and payments for selected products can only be made through the e-shop at shop.rtu.lv (currently, in-person purchases are not available).
- Orders are processed and prepared for pickup within 3–5 business days after payment has been received.
- Once you receive an email notification confirming that your order is ready, please go to Āzenes Street 12 and contact the administrator. By providing the name and surname of the person who placed the order, you will receive your purchase.
- If you would like your order to be prepared sooner, please send a copy of the payment confirmation to suveniri@rtu.lv.
