Preču atgriešanas iespēja

• Ievērojot patērētāja tiesības, e-veikalā shop.rtu.lv pirktās preces atgriešana iespējama 14 dienu laikā no tās saņemšanas.
• Atgriešanas pieprasījums brīvā formā jānosūta uz e-pastu suveniri@rtu.lv, minot konkrēto pasūtījumu un atgriešanas iemeslu.
• Norunātā laikā atgriežamā prece (nelietota un bez defektiem) būs jānogādā RTU Kultūras un sporta centrā Āzenes ielā 12.
• Ja netiks konstatēts atgrieztās preces lietojums un defekti, pirkuma maksa pircēja kontā tiks atmaksāta 14 kalendāro dienu laikā.

Product Returns

• In accordance with consumer rights regulations, products purchased from the e-store shop.rtu.lv may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• A return request in free-form format must be sent to suveniri@rtu.lv, specifying the relevant order and the reason for the return.
• At the agreed time, the returned product (unused and free from defects) must be delivered to the RTU Culture and Sports Centre at Āzenes Street 12.
• If no signs of use or defects are found upon inspection of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded to the buyer’s account within 14 calendar days.
